The weather was on our side again this year as 96 golfers and volunteers took to the links at the Port Hope Golf and Country Club on August 22nd.

We would like to recognize this year’s sponsors for yet again helping us to make the tournament a huge success.

This year’s sponsors included: Sue & Bryan Green, Mark's Choice, , Leith Wheeler, Paul Williamson, Brookdale Treeland Nursery, Garth Stephanson, Trinity College School, Landscape Ontario, Port Hope/Cobourg Home Hardware, Maple Lodge Farms and Cameco.

To our golfers and volunteers, as well as the staff, thank you! It was a wonderful day full of fun and fundraisng!

In attendance at the event we were proud to have veterans and active service personal who shared a fun day as well as their experiences to remind each of us why we are so dedicated to this amazing cause. A sincere thank you to each of you, Colonel Norman Jodoin (retired), Sgt. Natasha Beyer, Sgt Roger Noicnusa, Cpl. Nick Kerr, Ret., and Cpl. James Cawley, Retried.

We would also like to then the 7th Toronto Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery brass quintet and their music Director Captain Nick Arrigo, who treated everyone to fantastic music during the dinner at the end of the day. Also, a big thank you to local MP Kim Rudd for being with us for the tournament.

Finally thank you to our anonymous sponsor who matched all contributions and helped us bring our grand total for the event to over $83,000.00 when all the contributions were counted!

You can register now for next year by contacting Brenda by email brenda@markschoice.com.
