DEADLINE FOR BIDS: MIDNIGHT, SUNDAY DECEMBER 12TH.
As a result of COVID-19 we had to cancel our 2020 charity golf tournament. As a result we have auction items, donated for the silent auction that didn’t take place. Bidding is now open on all lots.
Please read the following information and bid instructions below before placing your bid. For more information or clarification on the auction please email info@hohtribute.ca.
This is a sealed-bid auction.
Each participant privately submits their bid using the appropriate bid form (below). Each bid is kept confidential and cannot be seen by other bidders.
When the auction closes, we will contact the bidder with the highest bid on each lot to arrange payment.
If they are unable to pay, the next highest bidder will be contacted. Payment must be received before the results are confirmed.
After payment is received, winners can arrange pick-up or shipping (not available for BBQ) .
Please remember:
Bidding will close Sunday December 13th at midnight.
Bidding is by catalog ONLY. There are no visual inspections.
The winning bidder is responsible for payment when the auction closes.
All buyers or their surrogates retrieving items on their behalf, must be prepared to show photo ID and order confirmation email at the time of pick-up.
